PRIESTHOOD

Is God calling you?

“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you” – Jeremiah 1:5

Each person is created for a unique purpose. Before we are even born God has a plan for us. The priest has the important mission to bring people to Jesus and Jesus to people. As a spiritual father, the priest is called to live as a witness of Christ.

What is the Priesthood?

The Catholic Priesthood is a unique calling from God to teach, shepherd, and sanctify the People of God. The priest teaches people about our Catholic faith. As a shepherd, he guides, unites, and encourages those entrusted to his care.
